WARRANTY POLICY
All XTXZ expedition loading equipment is covered by the official standard warranty. This warranty covers workmanship and structural hardware failures. It does not cover normal wear and tear, off-road scratches, or damage resulting from modifications. For after-sales service, please provide your proof of purchase and contact our customer service team for verification and processing.

EXCLUSIONS
Scratches/tears from off‑road gravel, branches, or debris. Unauthorized cutting, modification, or disassembly. Damage from sun exposure, chemicals, or crash impact. Normal fabric wear and tear from regular use.
